Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express, duties and taxes included. Shipping is free for orders over $100, and only $10 for orders under $100. Please see details regarding shipping cost and time here.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
We will dispatch your order usually within 2 working days. Then it depends on where you live, but the standard shipping time via DHL Express is 2-5 working days.
Can I return my products at all times?
You can return your items, no questions asked, within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer full refund on returned products but freight cost is non-refundable.
Items bought on sale and special offers can not be returned. Please see further details about our return policy here.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number. We'll send you the tracking number via email. You can track your order by looking up your tracking number on the DHL website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot change your order if it has already been dispatched. Please return your order for a full refund and make a new order.
You can cancel your order, but if it has already been dispatched you will not get the shipping cost refunded.
The item I received was defected, what do I do?
Oh no! Please contact us immediately on help@tulipop.com with information about the product and we will solve it for you quickly.
How do I get a log in to the wholesale shop?
You can contact us on wholesale@tulipop.com with a little bit of information about you and your shop and we will send you log in information to our wholesale shop.
